The Complete Service – Designing, Creating and Installing your Dream Kitchen
Stage 1: Your Consultation
The most important aspect of any kitchen design process is understanding your dreams and aspirations – whether you go for a bespoke traditional kitchen, luxury period kitchen, hand-painted kitchen, designer or modern gloss kitchen. Our prices are as sensible as they can be considering the high quality of materials and craftsmanship. See why our prices are sensible.
We offer an initial consultation in your home to forge a relationship between us and to understand your requirements and ideas for your kitchen design, styling and finish.
You will be pleased to know that we offer a complete kitchen design and installation service. This means that we can suggest ideas that are different from most other designers.
To book a free design consultation please telephone or stop by our showroom for a chat.
Stage 2: The Design Process
The second stage is where we invite you to our showroom and transform these ideas into a photo-realistic, computerised representation of your new kitchen. This process normally takes about 90 minutes. We use 20-20 Fusion, the cutting edge, point of sale kitchen design software, enabling you to see your design in a ‘walk-through virtual reality’ before any units have even been made (see kitchen design examples.)
We aim to make sure you are confident in our ability to give you a one-off dream kitchen.
With more than 38 years experience and in excess of over 12,000 satisfied customers, you can be sure we build and install high quality kitchens. You will be pleased to know that Broadway is also a manufacturer, so awkward or unusual sizes do not cause a problem for us. Bespoke kitchen furniture is one of our specialties.
Broadway Kitchens is a “total solution” company – thus we integrate in our designs and within the comprehensive installation service – kitchen appliances, lighting, flooring, worktops and all other large accessories, which when combined create a unique dream kitchen for the envy of all.
Stage 3: Creation
Using the agreed designs a project manager and a team of of master craftsmen get to work in our factories in Walsall.
Using high quality materials and time-served experience they begin to create kitchen furniture to be proud of – cabinets, worktops, cupboards, larders, etc, even matching radiator cabinets, tables and chairs.
Sinks, fittings, flooring, appliances, lighting and other accessories are sourced to your agreed specifications and all component parts are checked off to ensure we have everything ready for the first day of installation. See Why Broadway/Premium Materials for further info.
Stage 4: Installation
Our skilled team of project manager, craftsmen, installers and finishers ensure your new bespoke kitchen installation runs as smoothly as possible.
Realistically, we cannot claim that there will not be any disruption and dust – however, we can assure you that as a professional, family run business we aim to treat your home accordingly. Our installers are our colleagues, with many years experience. Their professionalism extends to a respect for your home that is second to none. The service is as important as the end result.
Should any problems occur we deal with them immediately and efficiently. It is very important that you are happy with every aspect of our kitchen design and installation service.
Stage 5: Completion
On completion of each and every project our aim is to have a “happy customer” who feels that the outcome has successfully achieved their dreams and desires. We understand that our relationship with you continues – as a happy customer refers us to their friends, family and neighbours and may go on to have other rooms or houses fitted out by Broadway too. Because we get so many new customers from referrals – we take the trouble to get things right. See our customer testimonials.
Your design for our kitchen is now reality. It is the best kitchen we have had installed. I would have no hesitation in recommending your firm. John Goss OBE
