Traditional KitchensThe traditional kitchen is timeless. Whether you seek period kitchens (Victorian, Edwardian), shaker kitchens or classic kitchens, our designs capture a sense of classical styling that will never become dated. That’s because we design kitchens for generations.

To enhance the range of real wood doors, one of our specialities is the hand-painted kitchen. This means that you are not limited to any particular colour. And should you ever get bored with your current choice it is a simple matter of repainting to refresh and enliven your dream.

Our kitchen cabinets are made using high quality and durable materials and time-honoured craftsmanship. Our state of the art computer controlled manufacturing technology in design allows a 3D ‘walk through’ of your new kitchen. This means you can see your new kitchen develop and know that it is unique, bespoke and crafted just for you.

Designer Kitchens by Broadway

Designer KitchensWhenever we talk about designer kitchens we automatically conjure images of luxury kitchens or expensive kitchens. The word ‘designer’ is also associated with names like Louis Vuitton, Armani, Prada, Gucci and Versace with their respective clothes lines and associated luxury goods.

So when it comes to designer kitchens, what exactly is it that we really want? Do we want expensive kitchens, luxury kitchens or exclusive kitchens? The answer probably is a combination of all three. Most kitchen designers would tell you that to achieve a luxury look and feel you need to invest in high quality materials, fits and finishes; think custom kitchens with bespoke hand-painted furniture, quartz or granite worktops and high-spec lighting.

Kitchen islands are synonymous with designer kitchens and  we have numerous kitchen island designs to choose from. Don’t be limited by square or rectangular shapes as an oval or circular island could really work for you.

Everyone wants a unique kitchen but it is important to remember that unique kitchens also need to be practical. If you have always dreamed of an individual artistic kitchen there are ways to incorporate truly creative touches.

At Broadway kitchens, we understand that a designer kitchen can mean something different to every customer. We help you create a unique, luxury space where you can enjoy family life to the maximum.

Modern Kitchens by Broadway

Modern KitchensModern kitchens are today much more than functional rooms. They are living spaces where you not only cook but eat and relax. They represent a lifestyle.

Our kitchen solutions experts can help you design a modern kitchen to suit you and your family.

The main difference between a contemporary kitchen and a modern kitchen is blurred – the two get mixed up by many. Generally speaking a contemporary look is achieved with a fusion of natural woods and natural materials (such as granite and stone) with clean slab doors and minimalistic or no patterning on the doors. These can be high gloss, plain colours or high-class with wood effects imprinted on the doors themselves. Curved doors are also a feature of contemporary kitchens.

Any kitchen that has clean, simple lines and a minimalist feel can be defined as modern and the possibilities for modern kitchen designs are endless. Options for the ultra modern kitchen include high gloss kitchen furniture in bright, radiant colours and handle-less doors. Luxury kitchens can also be modern as it is possible to include features such as high-spec lighting and top-of-the-range appliances in a minimalist design.

Many of our customers ask about Shaker kitchens and fresco kitchens but are confused as to what exactly each one is. A fresco kitchen has clean lines with an absolute minimalistic kitchen feel and look. Curved units can also be incorporated into this design. A Shaker kitchen can be both a traditional or a modern kitchen. The difference is the look that can be created by choosing handles, sinks, tops, appliances and worktops. Examples of modern Shaker kitchens can be viewed in our showroom or brochure, where you can see exactly the same door creating two totally different looks.
